Vintage Duncan Tournament "crossed flags" Yo-Yo - Not a replica - Pre-1962
This yo=yo is pre yo-yo registration lawsuit (1962) where Duncan fought to own the word yo-yo. If you look at the word "yo-yo" you will see the registration mark where the dash in yo-yo would be, This is how we know it was made prior to the lawsuit that Duncan lost. After the lawsuit, the registration mark was only on the name Duncan.
The paint has minor chips and scratches, but it is in pretty good shape given that is older than me. (and that's old!) Paint is in great condition, the seal is almost all there with just a couple of small exceptions. You can see it in the picture.
